About Cathy

My name is Catherine Lima. I have lived in the Reno/Tahoe area for over 30 years and am proud to call this beautiful area home and so fortunate to raise my family here. With my passion for the outdoors and enjoying all that Reno/Tahoe has to offer from spending my summers at Lake Tahoe and my winters at our local resorts, skiing with my family. My children were born and raised here and now my daughter attends the University of Nevada and my son is at Galena High School. Growing up in a family of bankers and realtors, from my grandmother to my mother, I followed in those footsteps to start my career. With over a 20 year career now as a Real Estate/Finance
professional, I have worked with the top producers and luxury companies in our area. I first found my passion with fulfilling the dream of home ownership with the first time home-buyers as well as the Luxury Market Clientele. I have always had a passion to create lifelong relationships and work hard to achieve my goals.
